The 28 Day See-a-Stride Challenge competition starts on Monday, August 7th, 2023 and ends on Sunday, September 3rd, 2023. By signing up to the Challenge you automatically have one entry into the competition in which you do not have to participate.

To be eligible to enter the competition, you MUST send in your ‘Before’ video no later than midnight in your time zone, Sunday, August 13th, 2023. Your ‘After’ videos must be submitted before midnight in your time zone on Monday September 4th, 2023.
